    Entry-Level Model provides basic disaster recovery for any server and ensures Windows is up to date. All other support is then provided and charged on a needs basis.

    Standard Support Model provides ongoing PC and server support, backup management, 24×7 monitoring and alerts, disaster recovery planning, spam filtering and anti-virus.

    Comprehensive Support Model provides the same as the standard model but includes a number of advanced cyber security services.
